Third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
Cancellations and refund requests are handled according to Antovo’s Refund Policy and the status of the applicable project. Work already completed, approved, or delivered may not be eligible for a refund.
Some projects may use third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, software, or other external services. Antovo is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, policies, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Antovo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or services. Our liability for a specific project will be subject to the applicable agreement and relevant law.
Antovo may suspend or terminate services if a client fails to make required payments, violates these Terms & Conditions, misuses our services, or engages in unlawful activity. Any outstanding payments for completed work may remain due.
